We have reason to believe that Richard Craig Torres is currently in Southern California, (possibly the Escondido area) hiding out. This pathetic excuse for a human not only molested a child, he also took advantage of several women, one of which was a blind woman with a disabled child. It doesn’t get much lower than that.

Torres met one of his girlfriends in a chat room. He took $6000 from her and used it to buy drinks on one of his nights out with the guys. He convinced another girlfriend to buy him a truck and a boat. Maxing out his girlfriends credit cards, stealing their money, and leaving them financially ruined, this guy is a real piece of work.

This guy doesn’t stop there. His lies and deception go even further as he claims to be an Army Ranger and says he was awarded the Medal of Honor.

Richard Craig Torres is wanted on 10 counts of child molestation (bail is $750,000). He’s 38 years old, 5’9”, flabby, with brown hair and green eyes.

He was recently living in Sacramento, California, but we think he’s now in Southern California, possibly the Escondido area, where he has family.

Police Look for Girl and Her Abuser After Finding Explicit Sex Tape

Chester Stiles is now behind bars. Thanks to Henderson Nevada Police Officer Mike Dye. He pulled Stiles over for driving without any plates on his car.

Stiles was apparently tired of running and wanted to be caught. Hopefully he will spend the rest of his life behind bars, preferably with Bubba who I hear is currently looking for a new boyfriend to rape....

LAS VEGAS — Authorities in Nevada were trying Tuesday to find a girl believed to be 4 or 5 years old and a man seen performing explicit sexual acts on her in an amateur videotape that detectives were told was found in the desert.

"The problem is the unknowns," said Nye County sheriff's Detective David Boruchowitz, who said he hoped widespread national attention would identify the girl and the man.

"We have no idea where he's from, where she's from, and no idea who they are or where they are," Boruchowitz said in a telephone interview from the sheriff's office in Pahrump, 60 miles west of Las Vegas.

The tape, a little longer than 30 minutes, clearly shows the adult man performing criminal sexual acts that Boruchowitz said included rape, "everything else, and then some."

A 26-year-old Pahrump man, Darren Tuck, surrendered the tape to Nye County sheriff's investigators Sept. 8, after another man reported seeing it, Boruchowitz said.

Tuck told detectives he found the videotape in the desert outside Pahrump more than five months ago, although Boruchowitz said the tape didn't appear to have been exposed to weather or elements.

Boruchowitz said investigators don't think Tuck made the tape. Tuck was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of promoting child pornography and possession of child pornography, felonies. The top charge carries a possible sentence of up to life in prison.

Tuck was released without bail, pending arraignment Nov. 26 in Pahrump Justice Court, a court official said.

His lawyer did not immediately respond Tuesday to messages seeking comment.

"Our concern is if little girl is still in that situation," Boruchowitz said. "Our concern is to get her out of the nightmare that she's been living in." From FOX News

Jack's been caught in the act. He was ordered to stay at least 30 feet away from all children. He can't even go a week without violating that order- not once, but twice, in one day.

Jack McClellan was arrested twice on Monday at the UCLA campus. He was first seen at the UCLA Infant Development Program, which is a day care for chidren ages 3 months to 3 years old. Jack was sitting in the lobby and had a camera with him when police arrived to arrest him.

The police ordered Jack to stay off of the UCLA campus. Did Jack listen? Nope.

Jack went right back to UCLA and was arrested a few hours later while doing a live TV interview in the parking lot.

Jack keeps telling us that he never breaks the law. He just showed us how wrong he is about that.

Judge Julian Hall: Child Molesters Get Off Easy Because 10 Year Old Dressed Provocatively…

You remember Judge Julian Hall. We told you about him here. He let convicted child molester Eric Cole go free, and told him to buy his victim a bike to make her feel better. His crime? He molested a 6 year old girl in her front yard and was caught by the child’s mother.

Yea, a bike should make her feel so much better after being molested in her own front yard.

Now Judge Julian Hall has made a joke out of another trial. Two men, convicted of molesting a 10 year old girl, get off easy thanks to Judge Hall. One, Darren Wright, 34, is already out of jail. The other, Keith Fenn, 24, could be out of jail in a few weeks.

These two men raped a 10 year old girl. "Fenn removed all her clothes and raped her, then Wright took her to his home and sexually assaulted her."

What was the judge’s excuse for letting these child molesters off so easy? Why the 10 year old girl was dressed provocatively, of course. This is sounding a bit familiar, blaming the child molestation on the child. Hmmmm. Let me think. Where have I heard that one before????

Sounds like pedophile grooming techniques to me.

Judge Hall went so far as to say, “It is quite clear she is a very disturbed child and a very needy child and she is a sexually precocious child. She liked to dress provocatively." source

Judge Hall is way off base if he thinks a 10 year old was responsible for her own molestation. Just like when he thought buying a child molestation victim a bicycle is an appropriate behavior for the abuser.

The Death Sentence: Executing Pedophiles and Child Rapists

The Louisiana Supreme Court last week upheld the death sentence for a pedophile, and the governor of Texas is soon to sign into law legislation to that effect.

In 1995, Louisiana was the first state to adopt legislation authorizing the death penalty for child rapists.

But in some states, elected officials amended their versions of the "Jessica Law'' by adding the possibility of condemning a pedophile to death.

They include Louisiana, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Georgia and Montana.
An overwhelming majority of politicians in Texas chose to join the list. Texas is responsible for a third of all executions carried out in the United States in the past 30 years and for two-thirds of those conducted so far this year.

The draft law is now on the desk of Texas Governor Rick Perry, who has promised to sign it. source

Timothy Jeffrey Arrested and Arraigned on Charges of Molesting an 8 Year Old Girl

Sam Sinagra- Hero who nabbed child molester

Sam Sinagra was on a ride along with Sgt Sean Hoydic.

Sgt Hoydic answered a call from a neighbor about suspicious activity and caught Jefferey, 38, in the act of molesting an 8 year old girl.

Jefferey fought with the police officer and as he attempted to escape, Sam Sinagra grabbed him and held him down until he could be taken into custody.


Timothy Jeffrey has been charged with kidnapping a sleeping 8-year-old girl from her home and sexually assaulting her on the roof of a nearby building.

He was charged Sunday with kidnapping and first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct, as well as home invasion and resisting a police officer. The 38-year-old Cleveland resident faces up to life in prison if convicted as charged.

During his arraignment today, Jefferey pleaded not guilty. He’s being held on a $5 Million bond. source

Pedophiles and child molesters are Predators. They hunt our children. They are sick and disgusting and they are very good at what they do. They will manipulate you and fool you into believing they are untainted and would never do anything to harm a child.

They are hunters of children. Disguising themselves as adoring mentors, caregivers, teachers, coaches, parents, siblings, and friends, so they can prey on our children.

I personally find it offensive to animals to compare them to child predators. That’s why I prefer the term monster.

Oh, I know, you think monster is too vile a word. No it’s not. I have seen the evil and the devastation that these monsters are. They prey on children as young as infants and toddlers. They leave behind children and families that are broken and injured in ways you cannot even begin to comprehend.

So I hunt the hunters. I go after the worst of the worst. I stop them from harming another child. They try to hide, but I search the shadows and drag the monsters kicking and screaming out into the light.

Jeffery Yazwa- Child Porn Found on K-8 School Principal's Computer

Jeffery R. Yazwa, 35, principal at Walker Butte K-8 School, was arrested in his Johnson Ranch area home in Arizona. He was indicted by a Maricopa County Grand Jury on 12 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and dangerous crimes against children.

The FBI conducted an investigation after an abandoned lap top computer was turned in to them. The computer was found to have sexually explicit images of children on it. After further investigation it was found to be owned by Yazwa and it had been abandoned at one of his previous residences.

Before becoming a principal at Walker-Butte Elementary School, Yazwa was employed as the Assistant Principal at Florence High school. Earlier, from July 1995 through August 1999, Yazwa was employed as a 3rd grade teacher at Shumway Elementary School. Yazwa was also employed as a 4th grade teacher from August 1999 through June 2000 and as a 6th grade teacher from August 2000 through July 2002 at Conley Elementary School.

There is no evidence that Yazwa had any sexual contact with children, but the FBI asks anyone with information related to this investigation to call (602) 294-4228.

We keep saying how important grooming is in identifying a child predator. We’ve pointed out that molesters are often charming. They get along with everyone and are very popular. He is a trusted friend or relative. A pillar of the community, he would never do anything ‘shady’ or inappropriate. They are upstanding members of the community and tend to present a perfect image. He’s a great guy, and everyone’s friend.

Molesters have manipulative manners that charm or intimidate adults into believing them to be above reproach. The behavior is a public image, controlled to support private behavior.

By ‘charming’ the adults to believe they are a good and decent person, they have created protection for themselves if they are ever accused. This is called image management. It is planned out very carefully, and it is all a lie to get you to trust them.

After a molester is exposed, it is common for adults to say things like, “He was the last guy I would suspect to do something like this.”

Molesters become friends to adults, helping them out, being friendly and nice, and just doing things that friends would do. They don’t do this out of kindness; they do this to get to your children.

MySpace Dangers: Chad Evans- He Doesn't Look Like a Child Pornographer...

19-year-old Chad Lewis Evans was arrested on Child Pornography and sexual abuse charges in Pasadena, California on March 27th. source

He fled Salem, Oregon after being found with child pornography and identified as exploiting a 12 year old victim.

This story has been all over the news and the internet for weeks. What you haven’t heard is that Chad Evans has a MySpace page and his friends are already proclaiming his innocence.

WFI has uncovered Chad's personal MySpace page and pictures. As you can see here, he appears to be an average 19 year old.

Parents and teens need to be aware of how dangerous the internet is. You may have wondered about MySpace and other social networking sites that people use to chat and message each other.

Teens use this site and others like it, to post pictures and chat with friends and with strangers. Almost everyone at school has a MySpace page that lists all kinds of information about them. Teens feel safe flirting with strangers, even older men, because they are hiding behind a computer.

Teens often forget that anyone can be at the other end of a message. A 57 year old man can make a MySpace account and say he’s a 17 year old girl. He can even post pictures of “himself” on his page using any pictures he wants.

With Chad Evans, it turns out he really was a 19 year old from Salem, Oregon. He just didn’t mention that he was into child pornography and exploiting young children.

MySpace can be used as a hunting ground by child predators. Parents need to be aware of what their kids are doing online at all times.

In one case, Sonny Szeto, 22, traveled from Jersey City, N.J., to Connecticut in October and molested an 11-year-old girl in her playroom while her parents slept upstairs, according to an FBI affidavit.

In the other case, Stephen Letavec, 39, molested a 14-year-old Connecticut girl in his car while visiting from Elrama, Pa., in October, according to another FBI report. The FBI said Letavec made several visits to see the girl between last summer and January.

"I showed you what love is and how it feels," Letavec wrote in an e-mail found in the girl's school locker, according to the FBI report. "I want to show you how making love feels too, not just sex because there is a difference."

The girl signed onto MySpace as an 18-year-old, but told Letavec she was 14 before he visited, the FBI said. source

Child Psychiatrist- William Ayres Arrested for Child Molestation

William Ayres Arrested and charged with 14 felony counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14.

State officials moved to restrict the ability of Ayres to practice medicine after his arrest on molestation charges. The deputy attorney general representing the Medical Board of California asked the judge to issue a "no-practice" order that would temporarily block Ayres from practicing medicine. The judge then suspended the doctor's license to practice and ordered him to stay away from the 30 people prosecutors allege he molested.

This predator once headed the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The San Mateo board of supervisors honored him five years ago with a lifetime achievement award, citing "his tireless effort to improve the lives of children and adolescents."

More like his tireless efforts to abuse and rape children under his care.

He is accused of fondling three boys repeatedly between 1991 and 1996 while they were his patients. The boys were 9, 11 and 12 at the time and are now in their 20s. The statute of limitations for such crimes is 10 years or until the victim turns 28.

This is a horrible betrayal. A child's own Psychiatrist molesting them, taking advantage, forcing himself on them, and causing irrevocable harm.

Who's defending this monster? Vincent O'Malley. He got his bail reduced from 1.5 million to just $250000 because he's in poor health.

I'd like to show him what poor health can feel like. I'm sure his victims would too.

If convicted of all 14 counts, Ayres could face a maximum 112 years in prison.

Finally, a decent length prison time for a child molester.

At least 21 victims dating back to 1969 have been identified, but most fall outside the statute of limitations.

Day Care Molestations Go On for 30 years- 40 children may have been molested

A 60-year-old eastern Missouri man has been charged with sexually abusing two children at the day care center his wife operated. And police said Tuesday they suspect up to 40 children -- some as young as 6 months of age -- may have been molested over the past 30 years.

William Huck Sr. of rural Ste. Genevieve remains jailed on $1 million bond following his arrest March 25. He has been charged with 13 counts of first-degree child molestation and four counts of statutory sodomy involving a 4-year-old boy and his sister, who is now 10. But police expect many more charges to follow.

“We know there are more victims," Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff's Lt. Tim Craig said. “Some of these victims ranged from 6 months to 4 1/2 years old," Craig said. "Some of these kids couldn't communicate, and there was no physical evidence." source

Florida Sting Nabs 28 Child Predators

Police in Polk County Florida posed online as children to attract monsters. It worked.

Setting up shop in a rented house, the officers posed as 13 to 14 year old boys and girls in online chatrooms, and child predators took the bait. After grooming the "kids" briefly, the predators made arrangements to meet the "kids" for sex. Upon arriving at the rented house, they were met by a room full of law enforcement officials.

A disturbing twist on this story: Three of the monsters were Disney employees. It wasn't clear if their jobs at nearby Disney World put them in direct contact with children, but even if it didn't, they certainly worked in a "target rich environment."

According to the Polk County Sheriff, the other arrested suspects came from all walks of life. This just goes to show that child predators are EVERYWHERE. Protect your kids, know what they're doing online, and know where they are at all times.

Kudos to Polk County's finest for a job well done.

Former ACLU President and Youth Sports Coach Arrested for Graphic Child Porn

Feb. 23, 2007— Federal agents arrested Charles Rust-Tierney, the former president of the Virginia chapter of the ACLU, Friday in Arlington, Virginia for allegedly possessing child pornography.

"Charles Rust-Tierney has subscribed to multiple child pornography website over a period of years."

As recently as last October, the complaint alleges, "Rust-Tierney purchased access to a group of hardcore commercial child pornography websites."

Hardcore meaning "graphic forcible intercourse with prepubescent females" who were tied up and screaming in pain.

In the past, Rust-Tierney had argued against restricting Internet access in public libraries in Virginia, writing, "Recognizing that individuals will continue to behave responsibly and appropriately while in the library, the default should be maximum, unrestricted access to the valuable resources of the Internet."

Oh isn't that nice. He wants to let kids surf child porn sites in the library just in case their parents won't let them do it at home.

His wife, Diann Rust-Tierney currently serves as Executive Director of National Campaign to Abolish the Death Penalty. Previously, she directed the Capital Punishment Project of the American Civil Liberties Union.

I cannot even begin to understand why such horrible images wouldn't make a person sick. Only a monster would be turned on sexually by images of child rape and torture. I have had complaints in the past when I call pedophiles monsters. This is indisputable evidence that they are monsters.

UDATE: Charles Rust-Tierney, the former president of the Virginia chapter of the ACLU, has pleaded guilty to these charges. He's been in jail since his arrest in February. The charge carries a mandatory minimum of five years in prison. Prosecutors said they would not seek more than eight years and one month, which is in line with sentencing guidelines. source

Latest Update: Rust-Tierney was sentenced to seven years in federal prison on September 7, 2007.

"He pleaded guilty in June to downloading hundreds of pornographic images of children as young as 4. Authorities said Rust-Tierney used a computer in his 11-year-old son's bedroom to view the files, which included a six-minute video that depicted sexual torture of children, set to a song by the rock band Nine Inch Nails."

U.S. District Court Judge T.S. Ellis III sentenced Rust-Tierney saying,"The child pornography you purchased was of the most abhorrent kind," Ellis said. "I don't think five years is enough." source

Buy your victim a nice bike, judge tells pedophile

A pedophile who sexually abused a six-year-old girl in the UK has been set free by a judge who suggested he give his victim money to "buy a nice new bicycle".
Eric Cole, who had already served jail terms for sex attacks, admitted putting his hand down the girl's pants as she stood in her yard. The mother of the girl interrupted him in the middle of his sex attack.

Judge Julian Hall told him: "In criminal terms, what you did was quite mild", before giving the 71-year-old a suspended sentence. "If it buys her a nice new bicycle, that's the sort of thing that might cheer her up."

Cole was already a convicted pedophile when he attacked the girl last July!

Judge Hall needs to undergo serious psychological testing if he/she thinks buying a child molestation victim a bicycle is an appropriate behavior for the abuser.

Eric Cole has already proven that he is a repeat offender. How long are the courts going to let him continue to attack and rape little girls? How far does he have to go before they are willing to lock him up?

Three People Arrested for Sickening Child Porn

A Pennsylvania man, John Worman, and two women have been charged in a 53-count indictment with producing child pornography after more than one million images were recovered from a Delaware County computer.

"These defendants allegedly manipulated and abused children, even infants, to satisfy unimaginable perversions and they did it again and again and again," said U.S. Attorney Pat Meehan during a news conference on Thursday.

The abuse began as early as 1997 and lasted until 2006 and one of the youngest victims was only three-months-old. According to officials, there were at least 12 victims and over 1 million images of child exploitation found on Worman's computer, including 1,000s of videos Worman produced himself, committing sexual acts against children, like child rape. source

This monster raped and filmed infants. Infants.

Nothing could be more horrendous. This is why there should be a death penalty for child rapists and child pornography.

You may think that is too harsh for someone who is caught with child pornography on their computer. I have witnessed the horror and destruction that monsters like this create. No amount of free speech claims or rationalization will ever justify this evil.

This is a Pedophile on His Way to Jail

Robert Vann Smith, 39, of Georgia and Nicholas Joseph Simons, 31, of San Diego were arrested after police stopped their minivan in Tijuana. Investigators said they found three Mexican boys in the van, ages 9, 10 and 12. They also found allegedly sex paraphenalia and DVDs containing children's shows and pornography.

Simons and Smith face numerous charges, including rape.

They are being held at La Mesa State Prison outside of Tijuana:

La Mesa Prison is 110 years old and runs on the principle of Napoleonic Law — a prisoner is guilty until he or she can prove innocence. Once arrested, a prisoner has no rights. He or she is provided soup for breakfast and lunch, and soggy bread for dinner. Unless he or she can pay, a prisoner has no cell, no bedding, no access to the outside world, no protection, no clothing.

Guards with machine guns line the prison walls, but inside, there is no supervision. Six thousand prisoners create their own system of justice based on power, force, abuse, drugs, sex trafficking and violence.

Once an American prisoner is charged in Tijuana, he or she will typically be taken to La Mesa and put into a 16x16 holding area with about 30 others. That’s where the initial abuse takes place, especially the sexual abuse from the guards. Then begins a long wait for processing. Once there is a trial, sentences are typically long-term — 5 years to 25 years to life are typical sentences. Payment of fines can generate leniency and costly appeals are possible. After 18 months, an American is eligible to apply to be transferred to La Tuna Prison in Texas, where the felony still applies.

I don't think these two pedophiles will be having a very good time while in prison in Tijuana. This prison has been described as "evil". 80% are active drug users, and a little bit of money can buy you just about anything, including a 'hit' on someone else inside La Mesa.

Judge Orders Man To Wear 'Sex Offender' T-Shirt

WILMINGTON, Del. -- A sex offender with a history of exposing himself has been ordered by a judge to wear a T-shirt proclaiming "I am a registered sex offender."

Superior Court Judge Jan Jurden also sentenced Russell Teeter, 69, to two months in jail Friday for repeatedly exposing himself at his business to a 10-year-old girl.
Jurden handed down the unusual sentence at the suggestion of deputy attorney general Donald Roberts, who noted that Teeter has more than 10 convictions dating to 1976 and has been treated for being a compulsive exhibitionist.

Roberts told the judge that perhaps the shirt and jail time will "teach him to keep his zipper up."
Teeter will have to wear the shirt for almost two years once he gets out of jail and returns to his horticulture business.
Defense attorney Arlen Mekler opposed the sentence, describing the T-shirt as "a modern-day scarlet letter," referring to the humiliating punishment given an adulterous woman in Nathaniel Hawthorne's novel about puritan New England.

Roberts, the prosecutor, said he believes the T-shirt fits in with the community notification requirement of Megan's Law.

Another One Bites the Dust

After receiving a tip about this monster, I contacted various officials, and an investigation ensued.

“A Lafayette man was jailed Wednesday on a child pornography charge. 20-year-old Nicholas Baudoin was arrested by university police on ten counts of pornography involving a juvenile.” source

Recently I came across some information that led me to a pedophile that was using a children's organization as a hunting ground for victims. He thought it would be cool to sign up with the organization in order to “get a boy back into [his] life”. This monster wanted to get his hands on little boys.

Little did he know that I was watching.

I worked with the children's organization and with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children to provide information that helped catch this child predator. With a little research, I was able to find his location - where he went to college and which children's organization office he was applying to.

After receiving an anonymous tip, the UL police conducted an investigation. Then, obtaining a search warrant, they arrested this predator in his apartment.

I am now pleased to be able to tell you that one more monster has been taken off the streets and away from kids.

Ten counts of child pornography will definitely get you a mug shot and some jail time. Oh, let’s say….. 25 years to life - without possibility of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.

And, if you don’t get a life sentence, when you finally do get out of prison, you get to wear an electronic tracking device for the rest of your life.

Child Porn Sting Arrest 125 Across 22 States

On October 18, 2006 more than 125 individuals were arrested nationwide on charges for subscribing to websites depicting hardcore child pornography involving children as young as infants engaged in sexual activities with adults.

They dubbed it "Operation Emissary." It began in New Jersey more than a year ago with the officers of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), but it quickly spread to 22 states.

The focus was an extremely graphic Web site and its subscribers, many of whom are convicted child predators and pedophiles."This type of depraved conduct is something that a civilized society just cannot tolerate," U.S. Attorney Christopher Christie said.Christie announced the arrest of more than 125 people nationwide for what he calls "hardcore child pornography."

"I'm talking about child pornography which involves children as young as six months old," Christie said.

Much of the language describing the photos and the videos in the criminal complaint is so graphic, it can't be printed here.

Among the suspects arrested were a Bible camp counselor from Vancouver, Wash.; a Boy Scout leader from Mission, Texas; a police officer and a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer.

Several of those arrested nationwide have prior records for molesting or sexually assaulting children. One defendant from San Diego told agents at his arrest that he had molested at least eight children over a 30-year period, and boasted of being able to identify particularly vulnerable children. Another defendant from Sacramento, Calif., was found to be in possession of a hand-held video camera with a videotape showing him sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl.

First of all, I'd like to say Thank You to the men and women who devote themselves to finding and catching these monsters. You are all very much appreciated!

This shows what a sick world we live in. Monsters get off on seeing not only children, but also infants and toddlers raped and tortured. This should be a wake up call for those of you who think child porn ‘isn’t that big of a deal’. We have absolutely no tolerance for this. The more sites we get shut down, the safer our world is.

Our comment policy has spared the rest of our readers from seeing the ‘complaints’ from pedophiles saying that we destroyed 20-year-old Nicholas Baudoin’s life by alerting authorities to his presence. After all, he wasn’t really hurting anyone. He was just a kid who was looking at child porn on his computer!

WRONG!

I've seen the horror and devastation that child porn displays. It is evil, and no amount of justification, reasoning, or lies will change that.

The internet makes child porn more accessible. It also makes it easier to catch and arrest the monsters who make it, distribute it, view it, and act out because of it. As I have said before, I will not stop until they are all locked up forever.
