Surrogate Stalker Act Clears Committee in California

Assembly Bill 534 (AB534), authored by Assemblyman Cameron Smyth, R-Santa Clarita, today passed out of the Senate Public Safety Committee. This bill, which is known as the “Surrogate Stalker Act” is in an attempt to stop pedophiles and surrogate stalkers such as Jack McClellan.

“I am very pleased that my colleagues in the Senate Public Safety Committee understand the importance of this legislation,” said Smyth. “I would especially like to thank the Chair of the Committee, Senator Gloria Romero, for her support and willingness to serve as a co-author. As a father of two, nothing is more important to me than the safety of our children. This legislation will help ensure that our children can grow up in a society in which they can go to parks and amusement centers without the worry of being victimized by sexual predators.”

McClellan, a self proclaimed pedophile, had been in and around the Southern California area researching places where children congregate, and then posting descriptions of specific children at these places, on his website, for other pedophiles to use as a resource.

AB 534 would make it a misdemeanor to engage in surrogate stalking, which is the act of publishing photos, physical descriptions, and/or locations of children with the intent that another person uses that information to commit a crime against a child.

Lookout Portland: Jack McClellan Updating his Pedophile Site With Public Internet Access

Jack McClellan has been using public WiFi locations to update his pedophile web site. We found out earlier that he was using the Multnomah County Library to do this as well. We notified both the library and the Portland Police department to be looking for Jack and to monitor his activities when he is there.

If you live in or around Portland Oregon, I urge you to keep an eye out for Jack. He’s using public areas for stalking little girls and he’s posting about it on a well known pedophile message board. He’s using public areas like hospital ER waiting rooms and libraries.

He just posted about an encounter he had at the mall with a young man who had enough guts to confront him. Jack claims to have invited him to a fight, but the young man was smart enough to see through that. If you see Jack, feel free to give him an earful and tell him what a piece of sh** he is. Tell him you are keeping an eye on him and that he will find it very hard to stalk children in your town. Do not touch him physically. He is just begging for a lawsuit. Don't sink to his level or give him what he wants.

It looks like Jack has gained weight and packed on a few pounds. He’s got bowl-cut hair, tie died shirts, and that dear in the headlights look on his face. He’s socially inept and has difficulty speaking without stuttering or pausing.

Jack McClellan Forced to Remove Links on His Pedophile Web Site

Part of what Warriors For Innocence does is not only monitoring pedophile web sites, but we also notify all sites that are linked on inappropriate sites promoting pedophilia and child-sex.

Most web sites have no idea that they are linked on these pedophile pages.

We’ve gone through the links on Jack McClellan’s girl love site since the beginning, and notified each one that they are linked on there. We even managed to get his site “voluntarily shut down” for a short period of time.

To date, Jack has not removed a single link on his web site. Many links, after our suggestion, have re-directed traffic coming from Jacks site in order to prevent direct linking. Jack will post the url addresses of those sites, but he still does not remove the link or site information.

Well, all of that has now changed. Jack seems to have crossed the line one too many times. One of the links (we won’t name it here) we notified pursued legal action against Jack, and also worked with their local Law Enforcement to get their link and url information removed.

Warriors For Innocence has made a big dent in Jack’s ability to exploit children. We will continue to do so to all pedophile web sites. Just keep looking over your shoulder Jack…

Update 12-28-07: Jack has been using the Multnomah County Library, located at 205 N.E. Russell St. (in Portland) to update his web site. WFI has notified the library and the local police to keep an eye out for Jack and his behavior around children in the library. Keep looking over your shoulder Jack.

Jacks back in Portland, Oregon. He returned on Friday to pick up mail from the Transitions Projects Inc/ Men's Shelter. He’s whining on his web site that he wants an attorney to help him (for free of course) sue the local transit system for not being nice to him.

Jack Moves Back to LA

As you can see from the screen shot above, Jack has moved back to the Los Angeles area and has changed the title of his web site to reflect that. He is now soliciting sex on his web site and you can click on the picture above for a larger view. Better have your barf bucket ready though.

Jack was banned from the Oregon bus transit system for 60 days and has now decided to relocate again. He did finally remove the link to the picture of the girls that he had on his site as we mentioned in our last post about him.

Jack McClellan is Posting Pictures of Little Girls Again

Jacks back at it. He has a picture of little girls on his site from the Viking Fest Parade back in May 2006.

Jack said that he won’t take pictures of little girls anymore because now he "sees it from the parents' side." I guess he thinks it's ok to put pictures of little girls all over his web site. Yeah, that's gotta be ok, right? ........ WRONG!

Jack loves the attention he gets. Whenever he's not in the media, he does something stupid like this so he can be in the limelight again. He's so in love with himself, that he's got links on his site to all the news articles and programs about himself. That way he's just one click away from watching.

The sad part is that he's now posting pictures of little girls online. Again. What's next Jack? Are you planning to take more pictures? How far are you willing to go Jack?

Oh, and tell your buddy Robert Brady (from Vancouver, WA) that his pathetic attempts to justify pedophilia are laughable at best. And yes, we know where he lives. Better keep looking over your shoulder Jack. We're watching you...

I spoke with Transitions Projects Inc manager Fern this morning on the phone, and she told me that although she was aware that Jack was using their address for mail and messages, which is allowed, she was NOT aware that Jack is using their address for the registration of his Portland Girl Love web site. I provided her with the details via email and have not yet heard back about a decision on this matter.

He's sexually attracted to little girls as young as 3 years old. He wants to stalk these little girls. He wants to help other child predators find and stalk them too. He's got his old GL (Girl Love) site back up and bragging about it again.

His site is full of links- yes, we are notifying those sites that they are linked there, and many are now blocked. He even has his "GL Event Ratings Guide" complete with hearts...

Jack is a pedophile who wants to help other child predators find children. If you live in the Portland area, keep an eye out for Jack. He claims he sold his car, but he might still be driving it...

Anthony Zinannti- Not a pedophile sympathizer

For those of you with short memories, Anthony Zinannti and Richard Patterson worked very hard to file a court injunction barring Jack McClellan from being near children. As it turns out, because of their efforts, Jack has now been served a restraining order requiring him to stay away from children, away from anywhere children congregate, and he cannot take pictures of children without their parents permission- anywhere in California.

The pedophiles out there don’t like Anthony Zinannti very much. They have been hounding him and stalking his young daughter.

Mr. Zinannti joined a pedophile message board and began “discussions” with the pedophiles who posted there. The only reason he posted on this pedophile board “was for the sake of fishing for information” about the threats against his daughter.

You see, Mr. Zinannti doesn’t like pedophiles either. But apparently some people don’t believe that.

You’ve never done anything illegal regarding a child? You violated the restraining order placed on you and sat in the waiting area/lobby of the UCLA children’s day care center with a camera. After being arrested for that and being told by UCLA campus police not to return, what did you do? You went right back and got yourself arrested again at UCLA. I guess you don’t consider any of that illegal.

Stop trying to tell people what you think they want to hear. We see right through your pedophile lies.

Look Out Portland, Jack's Stalking Your Little Girls...

Jack just posted again on his favorite pedophile message board. He’s announced that he’s decided to live in Portland, Oregon because it’s “the biggest media market in Oregon” and he would feel safer there.

Jack originally wanted to live in Gold Beach. Kudos go to the Gold Beach Police who warned Jack that they’d be keeping a close eye on him. Jack immediately ran off crying and complaining about his “safety”.

Jack’s already up to his old tricks and bragging about it as well. He says he “already attended a big GL event in the area (The Oregon State Fair in Salem), and had a great time with no problems. There are several more GL events coming up this weekend that look promising, and I doubt I'll be bored living here.”

It is painfully obvious that Jack loves the attention. He never would have made this announcement otherwise. So, Jack, don't whine about how everyone is going to follow you all around Portland. Because they will, now that I've emailed a good portion of them.

Let me make this clear. If you are living in Portland, keep an eye out for Jack because he’s stalking little girls. He’s sexually attracted to girls as young as 3 years old. He’s determined to boast about this and rub it in your faces. Don’t let him do this. Don’t give him power over you. Don’t live in fear, instead, live with awareness. Be aware of not only Jack, but all the other Jacks out there that we don’t know about.

There are several events planned for this weekend in the Portland area. WFI has notified these events along with the local police department to keep an eye out for Jack.

Richard “Rockhard” Procida

Looks like Jack has himself a new lawyer. As reported here first, Jack posted a message on a “girllover” forum pleading for help from his fellow pedophiles and child predators. “Rockhard” answered him and offered his services as an attorney.

This particular “girllover” forum requires registration before you can post there. So Richard “Rockhard” Procida was a registered user before he could post that message.

He’s since become very active on that pedophile message board, posting frequently.

“First, I am not a pedophile. I use Rockhard as a screen name on a lot of sites. It's one of my screen names. It's easy to remember, and it doesn't necessarly imply anything about sex.”

He’s a pedophile sympathizer as noted in his very next comment: “I am committed to Jack's cause, because I believe that those with a sexual preference toward children are unfairly villianized…”

Sexual preference? Pedophiles use terms like MAA, Minor Attracted Adult, and CL, Child Lover, to cover up the fact that they are SEXUALLY ATTRACTED to children and want to rape them. They talk about how if the child consented… In otherwords, if they groomed the child and forceably raped them…. That it would be a beautiful and loving experience for the child.

No, it would be rape, and it scars the child and their family forever.

Richard “Rockhard” Procida is saying that Jack’s free speech rights have been violated. Jack is doing more than just speaking about his sick and twisted pedophile desires, he’s taking action and stalking his victims. That’s right Richard, VICTIMS. Children who are targets of pedophiles are VICTIMS. Their families are victims and the communities are victims.

Richard then asks, “I hope this answers your questions.”

Oh yeah, you just revealed a lot about yourself and your twisted agenda.

Jack Wants to Stay

Jack doesn't really want to leave California. He's even whined and cried to his fellow girllovers and asked for their help: "[I] am planning on leaving California within the next couple of days unless someone in the L.A. area helps me out with shelter and pro-bono legal representation."

Remember the part about how Jack claims he would never hurt a child? Oh, and he would never break the law? Well here's Jack's own words to prove that's wrong... "I tried to stand up to this absurd court order that I'm under as long as possible, but because I'm still living in my car, I feel that it is only a matter of time before I violate the order again no matter how hard I try to obey it. "

So it seems Jack wants to stay here and continue to stalk little girls. He's pleaded with his fellow girllovers for help, and they are very sympathetic. He's even got a new attorney who's offered his services to Jack: "I'm an attorney and I want to take Jack's case Pro Bono. If anyone can contact him and have him e-mail me or call my office at XXX-XXX-XXXX" (yes, we know who he is and where he's located)

Jack McClellan Arrested Twice for Being Near Children

UPDATES: August 24th- Jack's been ordered to stay away from children, schools and places where there are children. He had a hearing today and the judge has revised the restraining order and extended it for 3 years.

Jack's free, and all charges have been dropped. Apparently, the judge who originally issued the temporary restraining order "failed to set a hearing to argue its merits and hadn't given the 45-year-old transient proper notice." SOURCE

Jack's been caught in the act. He was ordered to stay at least 30 feet away from all children. He can't even go a week without violating that order- not once, but twice, in one day.

Jack McClellan was arrested twice on Monday at the UCLA campus. He was first seen at the UCLA Infant Development Program, which is a day care for chidren ages 3 months to 3 years old. Jack was sitting in the lobby and had a camera with him when police arrived to arrest him.

The police ordered Jack to stay off of the UCLA campus. Did Jack listen? Nope.

Jack went right back to UCLA and was arrested a few hours later while doing a live TV interview in the parking lot.

Jack keeps telling us that he never breaks the law. He just showed us how wrong he is about that.

Lindsay Ashford has an LG (Little Girl) Watch Page featuring “Alerts” telling pedophiles and child predators where and how to find little girls. There’s even a form to fill out and send in to report any events so they can be posted on the site.

Ashford apparently idolizes Jack McClellan and wants to be just like him. Maybe Ashford is jealous of all the attention Jack is getting lately. Maybe police should give him the attention he deserves.

Ashford says on his site, “LG watching is a fun and free activity that everybody can do! To go LG watching all you need to know is when and where there is an event that will be attended by little girls.”

Then he provides the when and where.

Events in both Santa Barbara, California and Canada are listed, along with details on each event and links to the individual web sites for the events. Warriors for Innocence has notified each event of the link and the danger that Ashford presents. We have also notified the local Law Enforcement.

Jack's Gone

Jack McClellan loves to watch little girls. He fantasizes about having sex with raping girls as young as 3 years old.

Listen to me very carefully Jack. You may think that you have the right to hunt down children. You may think that you have the right to splatter their innocent images all over the internet for other pedophiles to drool over. You might even think that you have the right to post a site showing other child predators where to find children.

Jack McClellan, the pedophile from Seattle, WA has moved his web site to Los Angeles, CA and is now posting detailed information on events where pedophiles and child molesters can go to find children. You can see what we wrote about him previously here.

He encourages pedophiles to go to elementary schools, McDonalds and Burger Kings with play areas, and public swimming pools. He posts information on local events like swap meets and street fairs where child predators can go and find children.

He likes libraries and tells readers, “sometimes you can get quite close to LGs [Little Girls] there (they've sat next to me at Internet terminals).”

45-year-old Jack McClellan is sexually attracted to little girls between the ages of 3 and 11 years old. He spends his time going to public areas and photographing little girls and then posting the pictures on his pedophile web site, "Seattle-Tacoma-Everett Girl Love". He then gives instructions to other pedophiles on how to find these little girls and how to not get caught photographing them and drooling over them in public.

“I just think they're cute.. I admit there is kind of an erotic arousal there,… I'm doing what anyone else would do with a hobby." McClellan said.

Child sex is NOT a hobby.

The Web site was taken down by the Internet service provider after FOX News called the company about it this week. The company is investigating whether any material on the site is illegal. Thank you FOX News. It’s about time someone from the news media got involved. source

Unfortunately, McClellan is not alone. There are many pedophile web sites out there that promote adult-child sex and that offer advice on how to avoid detection while “pursuing” children. There are photo sharing sites and web ‘groups’ for pedophiles. Many of these predators take pictures of children and then pass them around to each other online. There are also forums for boy lovers (BL) and girl lovers (GL) who want to chat about how much they love children. They even post about the latest You Tube video of toddlers in diapers for all the other pedophiles to go and download. Don’t believe me? I wrote about it here

The links that I have found on pedophile web sites are very disturbing. Many children's organizations, an aquatic swim team, many family photo sites, and several professional photographer web sites are listed on pedophile web sites as links.

One pedophile, Lindsay Ashford, has many sites that he dedicates to pedophiles and children. He has a site just for little girls that tells them that bad touching is not really bad- “This kind of touching is only ‘bad touching’ if you do not want to do it or do not feel comfortable with it.” He tells girls that sex with an adult man is an “amazing experience” and that adults brainwash children into believing that sex is a bad thing. Ashford also has a web site for missing and deceased children. Yes, it’s linked to all his other pedophile pages. And don’t forget the site that has presidential candidates children posted and uses their images to determine who will win the presidential race based on how sexy their children and grandchildren are. (Update: All of Ashford's sites are currently offline)

These monsters are hiding behind the idea of free speech. Free speech does not mean free to do harm. Plastering pictures of children on the internet for other pedophiles to use for pleasure is harmful. Encouraging adult-child sex is harmful. Offering ways to keep from being caught by parents and law enforcement, while gaining access to children is harmful. Talking about how sexy a toddler is in diapers is not only harmful, but disgusting as well.

These are just some of the things that pedophiles do. They claim that web hosting companies deny their right to free speech to talk about raping children. That statement alone shows how wrong they are.
