He's wanted for kidnapping and raping a 10 year old girl

Hollin has been on the run for nearly nine years. He "allegedly" kidnapped a 10 year old girl at knife point and molested her. Then he forced her to get out of his car naked. Help the FBI find this pathetic excuse for a human being.

He's 5'6" and 140 pounds. He sometimes uses the last names Dudah, Harley, or Chaz.

He also uses hair pieces and mustaches to disguise himself. He's also used a badge to impersonate a police officer.

He likes to wear casual slacks and collared shirts.

Hollin has traveled to the following areas: Nova Scotia, Costa Rica, Aruba, Venezuela, Isla Margarita (off the coast of Colombia ), Jamaica, Bahamas, Barbados, Grenada, San Blas Islands, (off the coast of Costa Rica), Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Hawaii, Mexico, Canada, Guatemala, and Puerto Rico. He has also traveled throughout the United States and has ties to Indiana and Kentucky.

Hollin is considered armed and dangerous.
